Norman R. Wright & Sons have been building City Cats for the Brisbane City Council for the past seven years, including six second generation models and two third generation models. We have just launched the City's 16th City Cat and are currently building the 17th & 18th.

We build the City Cats from the initial stages of the hull through to the launch and continue to maintain them throughout their service.

This boat was the first boat that Norman Wright's built using fibreglass technology to its fullest. Furniture throughout the boat was built with honeycomb feather-lite panels and in combination with the fibreglass structure, resulted in a vessel both lightweight and extremely strong and durable.
